1). All our watches are quality control double checked and are guaranteed to be in working condition before shipment. If you receive watches that are broken or in non-working condition, chances are they were destroyed in transit during shipping. If this were to happen, kindly pls contact us send us video or photos for confirm within 3 days after you receive it , we will either replace them or refund to you.
2). If you are not satisfied with our product when you received it and want to return, please return it within 3 days for a replacement or money back, the shipping cost for send back should paid by your side.
